Where is the venue?

The physical event will be held at Bayview Beach Resort, Penang, Malaysia
The virtual event (International Participants) will be held on our virtual platform, please follow instructions in our website : www.iiidentex.com

How to register?

​

Just click the REGISTRATION MENU above and fill in all the details to register your project. Please do ensure you have your abstract ready (please follow the guidelines provided) and prepare to make payment.

How to pay the registration fees?

​

Payment can be made via FPX Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, and Local Order (for government institutions) or via our payment gateway, UiTM Pay. Further details are on Payment page.

What is included in my registration?

​

The project registration entitles you to ONE (1) hard copy of certificate of participation, ONE (1) serving of catering services (Tea breaks and lunch) and ONE (1) door gift. You will be allocated a booth consisting of one table and 2 chairs for your exhibit. More information can be found under the page GUIDELINES.

The visitor package registration entitles you to ONE (1) hard copy of certificate of attendance, ONE (1) serving of catering services (Tea breaks and lunch) and ONE (1) door gift.

Is there a limit to number of project members?

​

No, there is no limit, however each project registration only entitles 1 pax to attend the physical event.

​

When is the exhibition available for viewing?

​

The virtual exhibition will open for viewing from 12th November 2022 onwards. . For the physical event, viewing will be on the day of the event itself.

What if my other team members would like to attend to the  event (Penang)?

​

Other team members are welcome to participate in the event. They may purchase the visitor package to attend the event and enjoy the catering services and the goodie bag..

 

What if I do not have any project submitted but I would like participate in the event?

​

You are welcome to participate in the physical event as a visitor. You are required to register as a visitor (please see the registration packages for further info).
