All participants are required to abide to our guidelines.

You may set up your booth on 13th November 2022 from 8pm to 10pm. We are not responsible for the security and safety of your belongings in the hall.

Please do not pack your exhibit before 1pm on the event day,

Usage of loud music for your exhibit is prohibited since it will disturb other participants.

Please stay/remain at your booth throughout the event unless for coffee break or nature calls.

Please do not remove any labeling set up by the organizer.

Due to rising number of positive cases for COVID19, we would like to ask all participants and visitors to wear facemask at all times at the venues.
